These Terms of Use govern your use of the Torah Copilot application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Torah Copilot is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Torah Copilot is an AI-powered Torah study companion that helps users explore the Torah, Tanakh, and Jewish wisdom literature through Peshat, Midrash, historical context, Halacha, and modern meaning study modes.
Study responses are generated by artificial intelligence for educational purposes only. AI-generated content should not be considered a substitute for guidance from a qualified rabbi or Torah scholar. Consult your rabbi for questions of Jewish law (halacha).
Torah Copilot offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Free users may ask up to 15 questions per day. This limit resets daily. Upgrading to Pro removes this limit and unlocks additional features including the Study Journal and Reading Plans.
Journal entries, bookmarks, and reading plan progress are stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your personal study content.
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the AI service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated study content. This App does not provide halachic rulings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
